Where DNSH scrutiny falls
Bird/bat surveys, protected-area proximity, and the EIA outcome carry the assessment; post-consent monitoring commitments strengthen it.
Underwater noise during piling, seabed disturbance, and alignment with marine spatial plans are the offshore-specific asks.
Turbine end-of-life arrangements and blade recycling routes are increasingly requested by assessors and lenders.
