Describe the asset well
What it is, what it does, where it is, its scale and age. The description determines which EU Taxonomy activity is assessed.

Answer with specifics
Figures, dates and document names sharpen the questions and strengthen the report. Replies are taken at face value and quoted in the report’s evidence annex.

Have documents ready
Energy performance certificates, environmental permits, climate risk assessments, key policies. More evidence means higher confidence ratings.
