Alderhof Vastgoedgroep, Netherlands

Alderhof Vastgoedgroep is a fictional Dutch landlord with three Taxonomy activities: a 60-building owned-and-let portfolio holding class A labels, a deep-retrofit programme that completed 15 buildings with a documented 36 percent energy demand reduction, and a rooftop solar installation business. Each activity receives its own Full Alignment report; the entity-level safeguards are assessed once and carried across the family.

A fictional subject, created to demonstrate the assessment. The reports below are the tool’s unedited output.

What to notice in this example

Minimum Social Safeguards are assessed once, at entity level, in the first report, then carried to the linked reports with an explicit note: assessed once, reported everywhere, never re-litigated.

Each report confines itself to its own activity and asset population: the renovation report never leans on the ownership portfolio’s evidence, and vice versa.

Follow-on activities in a chain are half price, and the family concludes with a free structural summary placing all three verdicts side by side.

This is the shape CSRD reporting actually takes: activity-by-activity conclusions the reporting team can hang its own KPI allocation on.
